Role Description
Act as a trusted advisor for automotive clients, leveraging strong client access and relationship management to grow and strengthen accounts Proactively drive outreach activities and support business growth by opening doors to new opportunities or empowering existing accounts Provide strategic and technical consulting across business, technology, and delivery-related topics Work closely with senior management and key decision-makers on the client side to shape initiatives and drive transformation Collaborate with Nagarro Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and practice teams to develop, position, and enable tailored offerings Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities within the automotive domain Lead and support project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations Design and drive scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that create measurable client impact
10+ years of professional experience within the German automotive industry (commercial vehicles - Truck & Bus) Strong consulting background with proven experience in business, technology, or delivery consulting Well-connected profile with demonstrated ability to build, grow, and leverage senior client relationships Proven outreach capability and strong commercial mindset Expertise in at least one automotive domain (e.g. digital product/platform development, transformation programs or comparable areas) Strategic thinker with a strong delivery orientation and hands-on mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills Based in Munich, Germany
