You will act as the Senior Data Engineer for a growing data team, collaborating closely with a Data Architect, Data Analyst, Data Quality Engineer, and Project Manager. Lead the end-to-end design and development of data pipelines (ETL) using AWS services. Provide mentorship to a team of Data Engineers and Analysts. Collaborate with the Data Architect to define data models, standards, and integration patterns. Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all environments. Implement CI/CD, automation, and monitoring for scalable and reliable data workflows. Drive technical decision-making, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer. Proven track record designing data pipelines and architectures in AWS-based environments. Strong expertise in data modeling, schema optimization, and performance tuning. Experience with data governance, lineage, and security frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Tech stack: AWS Services: Lambda, Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena.
