Role Description

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will work in a dynamic, multi-cloud environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data science solutions to solve complex business problems Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and optimize queries and data models across multiple platforms Create compelling data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the data science team Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our capabilities continuously

Required technical skills Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects from concept to production Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation Hands-on experience with Spark SQL for large-scale data processing Solid knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization Experience working in AWS and GCP environments Familiarity with Databricks for collaborative data engineering and data science workflows Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git) Key non-technical competencies Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and environments Context Switching: Proven capability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Collaboration: Team player with experience working in cross-functional and agile environments Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
