Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects – ideally in the context of SAP Conception, hands-on build, and rollout of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including the creation of in-app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help) using the respective editors/studios. End-to-end enablement: segmentation, versioning, localization, testing & go-live, plus adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion, reduction of support tickets). Implementation and operation of learning management systems (LMS/LXP), including SCORM/xAPI packaging, course structuring, assignments, assessments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning). Design of AI-driven learning solutions and personalized enablement concepts (e.g., recommendations, learning analytics). Integration of technologies to enhance accessibility (WCAG) and user experience in learning content and in-app guidance. Execution of stakeholder analyses, targeted communication initiatives, and trainings (German/English).
