Role Description
Role - Business Analyst - Change Management Location - Atlanta, GA 30303 Work Model - Onsite (Hybrid) Employment type - Full-time Employee Job Overview: As part of the Operational Excellence team, the Business Analyst will support large-scale transformation programs by driving change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and end users to capture requirements, define impacts, support communications/training needs, and track adoption and benefits realization. Key Responsibilities: BA + Change Management Focus. Gather and document business requirements, process impacts, and change scope for transformation initiatives Support change planning by identifying stakeholders, user groups, and adoption risks. Create and maintain business-ready documentation (process flows, user stories, impact assessments, SOPs). Assist in communication planning (audience mapping, key messages, rollout updates) Support training and readiness activities (training needs analysis, enablement support, FAQs). Track change/adoption metrics and help report progress, risks, and outcomes. Identify resistance points and support mitigation through feedback loops and action plans Coordinate across project teams to manage dependencies, issues, and timeline alignment. Support project delivery governance with status reporting.
Must have skills: 7 + years of experience Change management Good to have: Change management certification
