Must Have Skills Business Intelligence – General Experience Job Description We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Analyst with strong experience in analytics and database-driven projects. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate data- and insight-driven requirements into clear functional specifications. Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and analytics requirements Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data definitions Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and database developers to deliver solutions Support AI/ML initiatives by helping define use cases, data needs, and success metrics (where applicable) Perform data validation and support UAT using SQL and analytics tools Create clear documentation, presentations, and status reports for stakeholders
