Role Description

Requirements Total experience 8+ Years Mandatory hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API for building and scaling production-grade conversational commerce solutions. Demonstrable experience designing and implementing WhatsApp chatbot workflows, including product catalogs, payments, service ticketing, and marketing use cases. Deep expertise in Meta platforms, including WhatsApp Cloud API, Flows, Payments API, Catalog Manager, and message templates (authentication, utility, and marketing). Strong foundation in CPaaS-driven architectures, including bot orchestration, webhook handling, API integrations, and production troubleshooting. Proven experience working with CPaaS platforms such as Gupshup, Twilio, Infobip, or Karix for high-scale deployments. Experience integrating WhatsApp solutions with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Service Cloud, for omnichannel customer engagement. Exposure to multi-channel instant messaging ecosystems such as RCS, Viber, and Line is a plus. ·Responsibilities Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale WhatsApp Business API implementations, enabling conversational commerce across discovery, transactions, and customer support. Optimize customer journeys using analytics, A/B testing, and GenAI enhancements, measuring ROI across engagement, conversion, and CSAT metrics. Provide thought leadership and conduct workshops on conversational commerce, WhatsApp best practices, and multi-channel extensions (RCS, Viber, Line).
