Role Description

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 10+ years Strong working experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture. Strong hands-on experience architecting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization. Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms. Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and Salesforce development lifecycle. Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Writing and reviewing great quality code. Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and prepare a Salesforce roadmap. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to gather requirements. Review and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce solutions. Guide the team on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and solution design. Design solutions for at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Community Cloud). Work with Product Owners to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog and coordinate with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including: Data model, sharing & visibility, and security design, Decisions on Out-of-Box features vs. custom development vs. AppExchange product, Integration with backend systems or third-party products and Single Sign-On (SSO) and handling large data volumes (LDV) Advise on customization and development: Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes and triggers. Document and illustrate designs with clear justifications. Coach, mentor, and direct a multi-disciplinary Salesforce team.
