Role Description

Als Teil unseres Talent Acquisition Teams bist du für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess sowohl für IT- als auch für SAP-Positionen verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern entwickelst du geeignete Suchstrategien, identifizierst geeignete KandidatInnen und sprichst diese über soziale und berufliche Netzwerke (LinkedIn, etc.) direkt an und begeisterst sie mit deiner offenen Art. Die Koordination und Durchführung von telefonischen oder virtuellen Interviews sowie von Vorstellungsgesprächen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab. Darüber hinaus bist du für den Aufbau und die Pflege deines eigenen Kandidatennetzwerks verantwortlich. Je nach Interesse hast du auch die Möglichkeit, Themen im Rahmen von Nagarro spezifischen Talent Acquisition Projekten zu verantworten und voranzutreiben.

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit HR-Schwerpunkt bilden die Grundlage deiner Qualifikation. Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und in der Besetzung von Positionen im IT- bzw. vorzugweise dem SAP-Umfeld mit. Du bist vertraut mit allen relevanten Suchtools und Social Media Plattformen und hast idealerweise bereits mit SmartRecruiters gearbeitet. Offenheit für globale Prozesse und Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld sind wünschenswert. Du bist sehr ergebnisorientiert und kommunikativ und schätzt es, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig Teil eines kollaborativen und unterstützenden Teams zu sein. Du hast Spaß daran, deine Erfahrungen und Best Practices mit dem Team zu teilen und bist offen dafür, dich über neue Techniken und Neuigkeiten im Bereich der Personalbeschaffung auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1), Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1) und wünschenswerterweise Spanischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) runden dein Profil ab.
