In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow solutions meet business needs, align with industry best practices and drive process improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Assist in the mapping of existing processes to ServiceNow solutions. Map business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization. Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with industry best practices and the organization's goals. Propose improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Work closely with the development and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Stay updated with ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend system improvements.
10 to 12 years of experience in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC etc. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus. Speaking fluent German is a must Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
