Work closely with the development and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Stay updated with ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend system improvements.

10 to 12 years of experience in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC etc. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports.
