Must have Skills : AWS Glue, Apache Kafka, Jira, AWS DMS, data quality frameworks Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Experience with AWS Glue, DMS, dbt, and Kafka monitoring. Familiarity with data freshness SLAs, data quality frameworks, and platform health monitoring. Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., JIRA) and alerting systems. Able to identify ways to automate their work / repetitive tasks. Operational Skills Strong troubleshooting and triage capabilities. Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritize effectively. Experience in root cause analysis and preventive action planning. Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational discipline. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in DataOps, DevOps, or data engineering roles. Experience in financial services or banking domain is a plus.
