Role Overview

The National Account Executive - Obela role at PepsiCo in Chatswood, New South Wales, is an exciting opportunity to support profitable and sustainable sales growth for Obela and Red Rock Deli dips within Major Grocery and other channels. Reporting to National Account Managers, you will develop and manage promotional programs, provide account management support, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results. Key Responsibilities

As National Account Executive - Obela, your core duties include:

  • Building winning internal cross-functional relationships, including external customer exposure, to drive sales and growth of Obela and Red Rock Deli dips in Major Grocery and other channels.
  • Assisting in the development and submission of promotional programs that deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) gross and net sales growth, while effectively managing Distribution and Allowance (D&A) investment.
  • Working closely with demand planning, Vendor Rebate Programs (VRPs), and customer supply teams to maximise service levels and communicate issues promptly.
  • Ensuring accurate financial accruals for promotional programs in line with PepsiCo compliance standards and providing ongoing support for financial forecasting per customer.
  • Collaborating with commercial planning teams for accurate business reporting, growth proposals, performance analysis, and efficiency maximisation.
  • Managing day-to-day ad hoc requests, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external commercial and service scorecards.
  • Overseeing weekly and monthly promotional effectiveness, catalogue, and Off-Location reporting and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in FMCG field sales or account sales, backed by a strong track record of delivering results.
