As a National Account Manager at PepsiCo in Reading, United Kingdom, you will lead a portfolio of key national accounts in the fast-paced food and beverage sector. This full-time role offers full P&L accountability, empowering you to deliver financial metrics, strengthen customer relationships, and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives. Build and execute AOPs and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for your selection of customers, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo's overarching goals. Own the end-to-end customer trading relationship, developing deep contact strategies to establish PepsiCo as an indispensable strategic partner.
Lead a best-in-class cross-functional team spanning Category Management, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Supply Chain. Drive maximum performance through seamless collaboration and customer-centric initiatives.
Execute marketing programmes, New Product Development (NPD), and base business initiatives in line with internal expectations. Utilise trade investment efficiently via expert negotiation to maximise ROI and operational efficiency. Manage the internal forecasting process for your accounts to ensure accuracy and agility.
To thrive as PepsiCo's National Account Manager, you need prior success in national accounts or commercial roles within a fast-paced environment. A strong drive for results and unyielding desire to succeed are essential. Key skills include influencing and negotiation prowess to advance agendas with both customers and internal stakeholders.
