Position Summary

As a Natural Gas Scheduler in ConocoPhillips’ NAGP team, you’ll ensure reliable natural gas flow across the U.S. pipeline network. At the core of our top-tier natural gas marketing operations, you’ll optimize transportation, manage imbalances, and collaborate in a fast-paced setting. What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule natural gas purchases/sales on multiple pipelines for penalty-free delivery.
• Integrate supply, market, and contract data to optimize nominations and strategies.
• Monitor pipeline bulletins and alert stakeholders to operational changes.
• Partner with traders, operations, customers, and pipelines to resolve issues.
• Reconcile activities, support accounting with flow data and settlements.
• Manage imbalances and maximize capacity utilization.
• Provide rotational 24/7 on-call coverage, including evenings/weekends/holidays.

What We Are Looking For

Basic Requirements

• Legal U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

• 10% travel willingness; 24/7 on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years oil & gas experience; 1+ years gas scheduling.
• Advanced U.S. natural gas grid knowledge.
• Intermediate Excel (macros) and TriplePoint proficiency.
• Strong analytics, prioritization under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ownership, and collaboration.
