Title: Global Tax Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)

NCR Voyix is looking for an experienced tax professional to join our collaborative and growing Tax Team at our GA Corporate headquarters. This tax professional will play a key role in managing our global tax provision process and assisting with our US compliance reporting. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and collaborative individual with corporate tax experience and skills to jump right in and make a difference.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Have a thorough understanding of ASC 740 principles to support income tax reporting and related SEC filings, including design, preparation, and review of detailed supporting workpapers.
  • Assist with non-US provision-to-return calculations for subsidiary entities
  • Manage the global tax account reconciliation process.
  • Take part in the international aspects of the US income tax compliance process to ensure accurate preparation and timely filing.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic tax planning, including insourcing initiatives and tax modeling as needed.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, document tax compliance procedures, and drive tax automation to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
  • Assist with tax audits including responding to IDR’s, tracking statute of limitations expirations and assure tax audit results and work papers are adequately documented.
  • Manage or assist on special tax related projects, or support and collaborate cross functional projects initiated by other teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance; MS in taxation and CPA certification are preferred.
  • 6+ years’ income tax work experience in either a large US multinational and/or CPA firm supporting both provision and compliance, including familiarity with international tax reporting aspects.
  • Superior work ethic with high level of accountability.
  • Ability to interact independently and effectively with peers and management.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, including the ability to simplify and communicate complex tax issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks with varying deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP-based tools such as Smartview, OneSource Tax Provision, and OneSource Income Tax

Title: Global Tax Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
