Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting and nurturing qualified business opportunities to drive the company’s growth. The main mission is to build a consistent pipeline of relevant prospects who can become customers of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Research and segment target markets to identify potential clients.
· Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars, etc.)
· Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads and track performance.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
· Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
· Analyze conversion metrics and continuously optimize lead generation tactics.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in software industry.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
· It’s valuable to have proven experience in retail and / or restaurants industry, in order to have a deep knowledge of industry business needs.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in (retail, hospitality, technology, SaaS, etc.).
· Knowledge in main lead generation tools
· Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
· Fluency in Spanish and English.
