Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.The Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A team is looking for an Associate to support the International Netflix Consumer Products team and the Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC), a division of Netflix Global Consumer Products. We’re looking for someone who can help grow and innovate the merchandising, publishing, and growing live theatre businesses. This role will be an integrated partner that will be responsible for financial planning and providing strategic insights for the International Netflix Consumer Products team and the Roald Dahl Story Company (RDSC).In this role, you will need to be a self-starter and analytical thought partner with an eye for detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, embrace ambiguity and change. The position is based in London and will report to Manager, Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A (based in Los Angeles).RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Owning and supporting near-term and long-term P&L forecastsSupporting the company's balance sheet & free cash flow forecastConducting monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysisManaging headcount planning and people cost budgetsDeveloping and iterating on financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards Developing insightful presentations that summarize this data and facilitate decision-making for leadershipPerforming financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision makingDriving automation efforts for dynamic financial planning tools QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysisPrior experience in financial planning & analysis in the entertainment industry, management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 accounting is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of superior financial and strategic analysis and developing/delivering recommendations based on this analysis.
