The Coordinator is our most junior show-facing Studio role. It will be instrumental in supporting the Production Finance team in new and returning show set up, system credential management, and other show-facing production finance needs. ResponsibilitiesGeneral show / Supplier set upTrack and process various invoices and production funding requestsUpdate and maintain internal budget and cash trackers for accuracyUpdate Studio Paid Cost trackers, as neededMaintaining accountant access across internal and external systemsMap custom COA's to Netflix COA (chart of accounts), especially with regards to cost reportsTrack cost report submissions and follow up for overdue reportsAdd entries to Anticipated Receipts Tracker as neededContribute ideas for development of systems & toolsScheduling internal and external meetings as neededUpdate various Production Finance tools Additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications2-4 years of work experienceStrong interest in building a career in production financeExperience in a freelance production or production accounting role or in a role with the Production or Production Finance team at a major Studio is preferred but not requiredPossess a high level of intellectual curiosity and be solutions-orientedThrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and have the ability to quickly pivot and strategizeSelf-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasksExhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel or Google Sheets skillsA degree from a four year college is preferredOur compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000-240,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
