Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Post Production to join the team in Taipei, supporting our Original Chinese-language content. This position will manage titles from development through delivery, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to Netflix’s creative and technical standards. This is a demanding and dynamic role that requires a proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative individual. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, able to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and is passionate about storytelling and post-production. You must be highly organized, with an unwavering attention to detail, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee post-production on assigned Chinese-language Netflix titles (series and/or films) from development through final delivery.Collaborate with production partners, post supervisors, and vendors to define post-production workflows for dailies, editorial, sound, color, VFX, and mastering (including HDR, Dolby Vision, IMF).Review and assess post budgets and schedules; provide guidance and feedback to internal stakeholders and production partners.Track and manage post costs and schedules; escalate risks or variances as needed.Attend and support creative review sessions such as color grading, final mix, and VFX reviews.Coordinate with internal Netflix teams (e.g., Localization, QC, Distribution) to align on post timelines and delivery milestones.Manage post-production documentation, trackers, and communication using Netflix internal tools.Maintain and evolve preferred vendor and freelance post crew lists in the Chinese-language content market.Stay current with industry tools, formats, and technology — especially as related to 4K, HDR, and cloud-based workflows.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in post-production for film or television (studio or independent).Prior experience supervising or managing Chinese-language content is essential.Strong knowledge of post workflows, formats, and tools (e.g., 4K, HDR, Davinci Resolve, Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere).Experience working with post-production vendors in Chinese-language markets.Proactive, curious and solution-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and managing multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.Passionate about high-quality content and committed to upholding Netflix’s standards.Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken) with a high proficiency in English.Experience with VFX workflow and production is a plus.
