If you are a talented screenings executive with a passion for content and entertainment, keep reading!About the Role The Screenings Senior Manager will spearhead a team that is responsible for asset creation and screenings execution.They will oversee a team of technical experts who work in tandem with Post Production, Content and PR partners to bring exemplary creative presentations to screen, both at in-person and virtual events.They have a deep bench of business operations/processes and strong people management skills, coupled with strong technical knowledge. They should have a proven track record of working first-hand on the development and execution of high profile film & series screening events. They will be responsible for managing and executing systems workflows and vendor management all while overseeing and up-leveling the work of their team. We are looking for someone who can establish a long term vision for the team, is truly innovative, highly strategic and can mobilize a team to realize the big picture vision. We are looking for people who are excellent communicators, have flexible management methods and ultimately have a vision for the team as well as individual growth for team members. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a leader with strong business operations and strategic thinking.The successful candidate will be able to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a senior leader, including helping their team navigate ambiguity by providing high-level context while enabling team members to make sound judgment calls.They will look to provide impact through scale by developing/maintaining workflow systems and building external partnerships. Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years of entertainment experience, leading teams within a studio, network, media services company, or agency, with at least 10 years within APAC (experience, 14 years)
  • Fluent in English Language (Fluency in Japanese will be a big plus) (experience)
  • An understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming landscape is preferred (experience)
