In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and our Finance Procurement Operations Business Partners to gather business requirements and execute strategic sourcing strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has built and implemented a category strategy and has proven experience negotiating and managing contracts across a variety of spend categories. Responsibilities:Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategies within your area(s) of expertise to meet business objectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and become a trusted partnerLead complex negotiations related to all commercial aspects of supplier contractsResearch market trends to identify innovative solutions and category insightsDrive process improvements within the sourcing workflows, tools, and reportsMonitor supplier performance to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirementsImplement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reportingQualities We’re Looking For:At least 8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing with specific expertise in one or more of the following categories: marketing, facilities/workplace, production, or gamesStrong understanding of industry trends and best practices relevant to your area(s) of expertiseProven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier managementComfortable working in self-directed and ambiguous environmentsStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to challenge the status quoExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMedia and Entertainment or Tech industry experience preferredGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
