The NetSuite Administrator role sits within Canonical's Commercial Systems unit, specifically the Business Systems team. This team manages critical platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, and others, collaborating closely with engineering and operations to ensure seamless, compliant business processes. As a NetSuite Administrator, you'll deliver engineering solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience for Canonical's global operations.
This home-based position in the EMEA region offers a chance to work with cutting-edge business systems in a high-impact environment. Ideal for engineers passionate about process optimization, business acumen, and open-source innovation.
We seek candidates with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university, typically holding an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or demonstrating a compelling alternative path. Proven experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable CRM/ERP systems is essential.
You'll need professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the drive to exceed commitments. Availability for international travel twice yearly for up to two-week company events is required. Nice-to-have skills include performance engineering, security expertise, and prior roles in accounting, sales, or sales operations.
