The Network Asst Analyst role at PepsiCo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, drives Field Service operations across Saudi Snacks Foods locations, including two manufacturing sites and Riyadh headquarters. This customer-facing position serves as the first escalation point for the user community, partnering with Sector/Global IT support and third-party providers to meet service levels and maintain IT infrastructure stability. Expect project involvement requiring strong communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across PepsiCo's business levels.
Deliver professional, high-standard customer service to IT customers and vendors, fostering a positive IT team image while enforcing policies and procedures.
Manage Field Services tickets, prioritize incidents and requests by urgency and impact, allocate within the team or escalate to backline support, and track progress for timely resolutions aligned with SLAs and quality standards.
Work with IT operations to ensure stability across SSFL applications and infrastructure. Provide regular stakeholder updates on IT service availability and assist in project delivery.
Participate in critical incident investigations, implement workarounds to minimize impact, maintain infrastructure health with upgrades and patches, and manage third-party suppliers for quality delivery.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of IT business experience in a large-scale corporate environment. ITIL experience and Service Delivery qualifications are highly valued.
Very good English proficiency is essential for global stakeholder communication. Key technical skills include strong Office 365 knowledge, video conferencing with Zoom and Polycom, compute skills (servers, storage), and networking. Familiarity with IT process frameworks, tools, and supporting roles is crucial.
Excel in remote collaboration within a matrix organization, managing diverse priorities and multiple vendors. Demonstrate excellence in execution, multitasking, deadline adherence, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
