Role Overview

The Network Operations Analyst at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, plays a pivotal role in supporting LATAM network operations within a hybrid, multivendor, outsourced model. Key Responsibilities

Budget and Financial Oversight

Support the LATAM Network Operations team in managing budgets and tracking vendor costs, purchase orders, and financials in partnership with global finance and procurement. Generate and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI for clear visibility into expenditures and efficiencies.

Network Performance Monitoring

Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and scalability. Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with Managed Service Providers to ensure SLA compliance and service quality across LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN solutions.

Collaboration and Optimization

Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on cross-functional projects. Contribute to automation initiatives that streamline monitoring and operations, ensuring technical and financial alignment for optimal regional network services.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must have strong experience in budget and cost management, knowledge of network fundamentals equivalent to CCNA level, advanced Excel skills (Power BI preferred), and understanding of project management methodologies. English fluency is essential for global collaboration.
