Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025. Preferred experience includes 1-3+ years in supervisory roles within Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations. Essential skills encompass exceptional verbal and written communication, coaching and performance monitoring, instructing others, organizing, planning, prioritizing, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of general regulatory and safety processes is crucial. Flexible availability for afternoon and evening shifts is required.
