  • Install, configure, and explore data from core APM products in microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms
  • Identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and document customer needs as feature requests or bug reports
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and software support via email, phone, and social channels
  • Continuously advance technical skills through training and exposure to new features and observability standards like OpenTelemetry
  • Act as customer advocate to ensure superior service and delight

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in end-user software support from internships, projects, or bootcamps
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Foundational understanding of web technologies
  • Competence with Java, .Net, PHP, Ruby, Python, or Node
  • Genuine passion for delighting customers in high-pressure situations
  • Profound curiosity and hunger for learning new technologies

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certifications in application development technologies
  • Prior experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Technical Support
  • Background in Network, System, or Database Administration
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry
