About This Role

The GTM Recruiter role at New Relic's India Product hub involves sourcing and hiring top technical talent, developing strategic recruiting plans, and partnering with business leaders and internal teams. The position requires building diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing methods and ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships at all levels of the business and meet regularly with leaders to understand needs and recommend tailored recruiting strategies
  • Develop, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, internet research, cold calling, events, and conferences to build Talent Community
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries, and trends, acting as trusted advisor to the business
  • Drive continuous adoption of Hiring for Success processes to ensure great internal and external experiences
  • Partner with internal teams to evolve processes, develop tools, and implement initiatives for unique hiring challenges
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and Operations to build and execute hiring strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years related experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Proven understanding of the labor market and general India employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to apply effective communication skills to successfully influence and advise business leaders
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Dedication to stellar candidate experience
