What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using custom objects, Apex code, Lightning components, Flows, and Process Builder
- Lead technical discussions, define requirements, and provide architectural guidance for Service Cloud implementations
- Collaborate with US-based team ensuring PST overlap for seamless communication
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers in India
- Oversee full SDLC for Service Cloud projects from requirements to post-launch support
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce Service Cloud issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years hands-on experience as Salesforce Developer with strong focus on Service Cloud
- Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, SOSL
- In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Live Agent, Knowledge, Entitlements
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Slack for Service Cloud, Einstein for Service, Agentforce
