About This Role

As a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter in New Relic's India Product hub, you will source and hire top technical talent, develop strategic recruiting plans, and build diverse pipelines while partnering with HR, Compensation, Finance, and Operations. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market expertise, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor on talent trends and drive innovative hiring processes tailored to business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships at all levels of the business and meet regularly with leaders to understand needs and recommend tailored recruiting strategies
  • Develop, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill openings and build a diverse talent pipeline while providing premium candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, internet research, cold calling, events, and conferences to build the Talent Community
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries, and trends, acting as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Drive continuous adoption of Hiring for Success practices to ensure great internal and external experiences
  • Partner with internal teams to evolve processes, develop tools, and implement initiatives addressing unique hiring challenges
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and Operations to build and execute hiring strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 9+ years related experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Proven understanding of the labor market and general India employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to apply effective communication skills to successfully influence and advise business leaders
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Dedication to stellar candidate experience
