About This Role

The Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales role at New Relic involves driving sales of the leading Observability Platform into large enterprise accounts in India, including conglomerates, unicorns, and organizations with multi-million dollar cloud spends. The position focuses on acquiring new logos, expanding existing install base, and achieving revenue quotas through strategic account planning and C-level engagements. This is a high-impact quota-carrying role requiring proven enterprise sales success in a dynamic SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Large/Enterprise Accounts and their subsidiaries
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline quotas to meet territory revenue objectives
  • Engage CXO level executives and present organizational offerings
  • Communicate business impact of software to technical and business audiences
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with regional strategy
  • Proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning for one and three-year performance objectives
  • Execute strategic plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with teams for enterprise account management and C-level client engagements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of sales experience with minimum 7 years in software industry
  • 7 years of demonstrated success in net new enterprise software sales with six-and-seven figure deals
  • Deep and creative sales hunter skills
  • Good network and connections within Indian conglomerates and large enterprises
  • Technical background with basic understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Knowhow in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, DevOps or related cloud software
