Job Description

About This Role

As a Senior Account Executive in Enterprise Sales Expansion, you will nurture and expand relationships with existing UK customers, acting as their trusted advisor to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, and Solution Consultants, you will manage the full sales cycle using Salesforce while deepening knowledge of customer needs and the New Relic platform. This remote role focuses on helping customers maximize value from our observability solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders in existing customer portfolio to become their trusted advisor
  • Identify and develop expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing on adoption campaigns and strategic account planning
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial conversation to close, including accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Learn customers' business goals, technology stacks, and industries to identify New Relic value opportunities
  • Develop strong product knowledge of the New Relic platform through provided resources

  • Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales with focus on account management, expansion, and renewals
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models
  • Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills
