About This Role

The Senior Deal Strategy Analyst role at New Relic involves leading strategic deal decisions, creating commercial frameworks, custom pricing, and driving pricing improvement initiatives for EMEA. This individual contributor position collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to oversee non-standard approvals, execute deals, and coach sales on pricing strategies. The role requires strong business intuition to support executive decisions impacting long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee commercial terms and non-standard approvals for strategic deals
  • Execute deal structuring practices and policies to accelerate growth and improve sales velocity
  • Act as escalation point and approval authority in negotiations for commercial agreements
  • Support implementation and tracking of sales productivity, planning, and reporting for deals
  • Advise on improvements related to deal velocity and accuracy
  • Provide financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making
  • Coach and enable sales teams on pricing principles and strategy

  • Deep knowledge in pricing or deal strategy
  • Related BA/BS degree
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High proficiency with Excel and BI tools such as Tableau
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
