About This Role
New Relic seeks a Senior Manager to lead the QA Engineering/SaaS Testing Frameworks team, focusing on validating quality, performance, and stability of enterprise SaaS systems like Salesforce, Zuora, and Billing Platform. The role involves architecting test strategies, mentoring teams, and optimizing QA processes in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong technical leadership to ensure a quality-first approach across the development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, setting goals, coaching members, and conducting performance evaluations
- Architect and implement comprehensive product quality strategies for enterprise SaaS systems
- Drive QA lifecycle for Salesforce, Zuora, Billing Platform, and their integrations
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced test frameworks with focus on automation
- Oversee execution of test strategies, plans, and cases for software verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive QA coverage
- Define, implement, and optimize scalable QA processes and quality metrics
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in quality/test engineering focused on enterprise SaaS, with 3-5 years in QA management
- Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Proven track record in architecting complex test strategies
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with JIRA, XRay, and Opportunity to Cash processes
Bonus Points If You Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Jenkins to run Playwright scripts or similar tools
