About This Role

The Senior Recruiter for New Relic's APJ Japan team sources and hires top talent for GTM functions, develops strategic recruiting partnerships, and implements hiring strategies. The role emphasizes building diverse pipelines, providing premium candidate experiences, and driving adoption of the company's hiring framework in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Japanese/English fluency is essential for collaborating with leaders and representing the company.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs and recommend tailored recruiting strategies for senior-level GTM roles
  • Develop, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill openings and build diverse talent pipelines
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, internet research, cold calling, events, and conferences to build Talent Community
  • Drive adoption of New Relic's Hiring for Success framework for optimal internal and external experiences
  • Partner with team to evolve processes, tools, and initiatives for unique hiring challenges
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, share findings, and lead small projects
  • Act as New Relic ambassador by promoting products, openings, and culture on social media and at events

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years full-lifecycle recruiting experience in technology industry, including software sales
  • Bilingual Japanese/English fluency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Strong communication skills to influence and advise business leaders
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach
  • Proven understanding of labor market and employment laws

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Passion for social media, internet research, and talent branding
  • Experience recruiting across APJ region
