Role Overview

As a NG SIEM Sales Specialist - Northern Europe (Remote, GBR), you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the growth of CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM and Log Management business, powered by Falcon LogScale. Key Responsibilities

In this high-impact sales role, you'll drive revenue growth across Northern Europe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, developing, and executing account strategies to close new business and expand revenue with customers in the assigned region, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Targeting and gaining access to decision makers in key prospect accounts, typically at CIO and CSO levels.
  • Maintaining relationships with industry leaders, partners, and enterprise customers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management to create visibility and engagement.
  • Leveraging partner relationships to penetrate accounts and accelerate deals.
  • Capturing and disseminating accurate prospect information in Salesforce.com.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in enterprise sales. Essential qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, nimble environment with strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Success owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close using methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Comfort in team-selling environments, with a history of exceeding quotas as a high achiever.
  • Consultative sales approach, strength in evangelizing technology, new account acquisition (hunting), and uncovering opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-resolution skills; self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
