​​The AI Product Manager is a strategic product leader responsible for evolving the MRI-Simmons Insights Platform into a more intuitive, AI-assisted decision-making experience. This role focuses on applying artificial intelligence—particularly conversational interfaces, natural language interaction, and workflow automation—to help users explore data, understand insights, and take action more efficiently within an existing enterprise BI platform. Reporting to a Senior Director, Product Management, the AI Product Owner serves as the business owner for their product portfolio—translating customer needs, market opportunities, and platform capabilities into scalable, market-ready solutions. Success in this role requires close partnership with design, engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to ensure AI-driven features are intuitive, valuable, and aligned with customer success and commercial growth. ​ 

As the AI Product Manager , you will have the following key accountabilities:

  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful AI features, partnering with product, engineering, design, commercial, and client teams.
  • Identify high‑value workflows where AI reduces friction, modernizes user experiences, and delivers explainable, trusted outcomes.
  • Translate market opportunities into clear AI requirements, leveraging ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and predictive analytics.
  • Oversee user research and testing for AI usability, prioritizing features that deliver measurable value and intelligent automation.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for AI‑driven product experiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand AI trends and differentiation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to shape demos, narratives, and sales enablement materials.
  • Gather customer feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve AI capabilities.
  • Track AI feature performance and guide continuous optimization.
  • Integrate external AI models and APIs while ensuring ethical use, compliance, and data governance.
  • Work with clients to understand AI onboarding and integration needs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience with exposure to AI, ML, data science, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
  • 2–4 years in consumer insights, media, advertising, research, or related industries with exposure to AI applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud environments, LLMs, Generative AI, and/or RAG architectures.
  • Experience validating AI quality, data reliability, and performing QA checks.
  • Ability to create wireframes for AI‑driven features and work effectively in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insight needs, media ecosystems, and monetization dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to articulate AI concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams and clients.
  • Experience deploying AI or cloud‑based solutions at scale is a plus.

Additional Info

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $64,000 - $95,400.  Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
