Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Analyst, Global Administrative Support. In this role, you will provide high-touch administrative support to global NIQ executives, delivering exceptional calendar and travel management to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless leadership experience. You’ll work closely with executives to customize and prioritize support, while also assisting with broader administrative tasks such as report creation, data gathering, and operational coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management:
    • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and minimizing conflicts
    • Proactively manage changes and communicate updates to stakeholders promptly
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and compliance with company policies
    • Anticipate travel needs and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth experiences
  • Direct Executive Support, Administrative tasks:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned executive leaders, providing personalized and responsive support
    • Customize administrative assistance based on leader preferences and priorities
    • Prepare reports, gather data, and support leadership initiatives as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and communications
  • Center of Excellence (COE) Contribution:
    • Support the implementation of COE Standards for global administrative support
    • Partner with the Manager and broader team to implement best practices and ensure consistency across regions
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless coordination
    • Align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including response times, accuracy and customer satisfaction

Share feedback and insights to continuously improve processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise scheduling tools; experience with travel platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
