L'équipe de livraison de services aux manufacturiers collabore avec nos clients du secteur des biens de consommation emballés afin de cultiver des relations de partenariat à valeur ajoutée. L'objectif vise à devenir la principale source d'informations commerciales pour les clients de NielsenIQ.

En tant qu'analyste principal.e, vous apporterez une valeur ajoutée en comprenant parfaitement les besoins des clients et en leur fournissant les produits, services et analyses qui les aideront à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux. La candidate ou le candidat retenu aura de l'expérience et/ou des connaissances en matière de traitement des données, d'analyse intégrant une grande variété de sources de données et de présentation aux clients. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement d'équipe où vous développerez de solides relations avec votre propre équipe et au sein de l'organisation cliente.

La candidate idéale ou le candidat idéal possède :

  • un diplôme d’études postsecondaires en marketing/commerce et/ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • 4 années ou plus d'expérience en marketing, commerce de détail ou gestion de catégorie;
  • de solides compétences analytiques, de préférence dans le secteur des produits de grande consommation ou de la vente au détail;
  • une capacité avérée à fournir un aperçu des données et à résoudre les problèmes commerciaux des clients;
  • d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale;

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en français au Québec et en anglais avec les membres de l’équipe interne et les clients externes situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

  • d’excellentes compétences en matière de présentation;
  • de solides compétences en matière d'établissement et de gestion des relations avec les clients;
  • la connaissance des produits et services de NielsenIQ est un atout;
  • l’aptitude à chercher des moyens de remettre en question le statu quo;
  • la capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prendre des décisions de manière indépendante, avec une approche audacieuse, agile et collaborative de la résolution des problèmes;
  • techniquement fluide, avec de solides compétences en manipulation de données et en Excel, et la capacité de tirer parti de la technologie comme d'un catalyseur;
  • la familiarité avec l'utilisation de Power BI et/ou Tableau;
  • responsable, axé.e sur les résultats et ouvert.e aux nouvelles idées et à l'apprentissage continu;
  • vous créez de manière proactive des idées innovantes qui remettent en question le statu quo;
  • forte mentalité commerciale avec la capacité d'influencer et de construire de solides relations avec les clients.

 

The Manufacturer Customer Success team works together with our Consumer Packaged Goods clients to cultivate value-added partnership relationships. The goal is to become the primary and leading source of business insights for NielsenIQ’s clients.

As a Senior Analyst, you will add value through a strong understanding of client needs and providing them with the products, services and analytical insights that will help achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in working with data , performing analysis integrating a wide variety of data sources and presenting to clients. You will work within a team environment where you will develop solid relationships with your own team and within the client organization.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
 

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing/Business and/or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing, retail or category management experience
  • Strong analytical skills preferably in the CPG or Retail industry
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insight into the data and address client business issues
  • Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French within Québec and in English with internal team members and external clients outside Québec.

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship building/management skills
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services an asset
  • The aptitude to look for ways to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to multi-task and capable of independent decision making with a bold, nimble and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Technically fluid with strong data manipulation , Excel skills and the ability to leverage technology as an enabler
  • Familiarity with using Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Accountable, results driven and open to new ideas and ongoing learning
  • Proactively create innovative insights that challenge the status quo
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence and build strong client relationships
