About This Job:

As an Authoring Executive within NIQ’s Special Projects team, you will play a vital role in transforming survey questionnaires into actionable tools that support data collection from both Traditional and Modern Trade channels. Your work will directly contribute to updating our internal databases and delivering valuable insights to our clients.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure surveys are accurately set up, tested, and deployed using NIQ’s proprietary tools, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure survey links based on provided questionnaire templates
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and upload preloading and planning files
  • Develop training and briefing materials for field teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain internal documentation and tracking systems

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree
  • Languages: Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken) and fluency in the local language
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
    • Comfortable working independently and in remote, cross-functional teams
    • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, macros)
    • Familiarity with mobile applications and data validation (a plus for internal candidates)
