Job Purpose

Support the DA Delivery team by familiarizing yourself with HUB processes specific to projects, KPIs, and queries for all collection services, and execute them in coordination with local HUB resources and local Delivery resources as per SOPs and SLAs within aligned timelines.
Understand country-level exceptions, nuances, timelines, and requirements in detail, and work with your manager to bring standardization to future operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track country-level project setup together with DA COE & DA Delivery for each project and support progress tracking.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders at an agreed frequency.
  • Chrono (Power BI): Extract data as per desired frequency, compute time spent in the field, % scanning, share questionable time spent with the field team, and close issues.
  • Store Control Form: Extract number of stores uploaded by Sr Auditors, identify errors, share with QCTEs/Sr Auditors/Vendor leads, and close open items after feedback.
  • Query Handling:
    • Final Inspection (FI): Access Excel tracker daily for issues tagged to DA and work with IV & DA Delivery to close them.
    • MSDynamics (MSD): Handle MSD queries related to Epics and data as per SOP and track closure.
    • NRSP/Item Clearing: Work on NRSP requests/queries as per SOP and track closure.
    • Hotspot Investigation: Learn and assist in hotspot query investigations from regional Quality lead.
  • KPIs (RRES/SOS/TRD): Extract, compute, and share KPI data with DA Delivery lead and track closure.
  • Coordination with PMFV (RRES/SOS/TRD): Extract data and coordinate with DA Delivery lead and PMFV team.
  • Backcheck (QC) - Physical: Familiarize with physical back-check process for all services.
  • Query Handling - Data Science (GDDC): Learn queries from Data Science on common block checks and track progress.
  • Query Handling - Commercial Team (SOS/TRD): Manage queries from commercial team for SOS & TRD studies and track closure.
  • Photo Checking (SOS/TRD): Support photo extraction, organize checks with local team, and track closure.
  • Learn about A2S/POS vendors, crowdsourcing, and assets to understand operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics or any relevant subjects
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year – 2 years’ experience in data and operational areas are welcome
  • FMCG background or experience as an encoder is a plus.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
  • Passionate in data. A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, good analytical skill and logical thinking.
  • High level of accountability and willingness to take ownership.
  • Eager to learn and willingness to grow.
  • Excel is mandatory; One or more of the following would be added advantage: (SQL, R or Python)
  • Proactively, willing to voice out and share opinion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai (MUST)
