Responsibilities:

1.Operational Excellence •Manage employee data, local contracts, letters, and administrative tasks •Maintain continuity of HR operations and business-as-usual workflows

2.Employee Support •Respond to employee queries with empathy and accuracy •Connect employees with tools and resources to meet their needs

3.Process Optimization •Identify and document local administrative tasks and opportunities for centralization •Review and streamline policies and processes to eliminate redundancy

•Propose automation-based solutions to improve consistency and efficiency

4.Collaboration & Consistency •Align with other Employee Experience team members to ensure unified practices

•Prevent duplication and regional inconsistencies in HR operations

5.Problem Solving & Innovation •Anticipate operational challenges and proactively remove obstacles •Support implementation of systems and automation tool

Qualifications

Requirements:

•Deep understanding of HR operations at the country level

•Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

•Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Collaborative mindset with ability to build cross-functional partnerships

•Skilled in task prioritization and delegation
