Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is an operations department located in Sofia – a global centralized Hub working closely with all Media Measurement local and global teams, including Technology and Commercial. The department provides wide range of services, including data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk, data processing and delivery, data analytics, data science and automation.   

We are looking for a Junior Data Analysis Specialist to join our Analysis Team in Sofia. The team supports global media operations by turning data into insights that drive decision-making. You will dive into big data, uncover valuable trends, and work with data analytical tools in a collaborative team environment to achieve your tasks. If you are curious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your analytical skills in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data for various products and studies, from standard reports to custom requests 
  • Handle large datasets from multiple sources 
  • Prepare data for marketing analysis and report on key metrics 
  • Use tools like SQL, R or Python to work with data 
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, data and client needs  
  • Help improve processes and find more effective solutions for the team and the clients 

Requirements:  

  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights 
  • Work or hands-on experience with SQL scripting  
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI)  
  • Excellent level of English language, both written and spoken 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions 
  • Ability to work and collaborate in an international team environment 
  • Knowledge in Python or R is considered as an advantage
