Mission of the role:

  • The position is responsible for classification and identification of the provided information in order to systematize and recognize data
  • Process the information with predefined requirements in order to be used from other teams/client in the next stages of data processing
  • This role has responsibility for meeting the deadlines of preparing the information with maximum performance, depending on the nature of the tasks

As a Panel Data Operations Analyst, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Perform data-in activities for the business
  • Align data-in activities with standard global procedures and documents
  • Meet the agreed daily/weekly/monthly targets and deadlines
  • Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks
  • Maintain consistent high level of quality
  • Attend meetings/discussions with country representatives when required
  • Attend training when required
  • Report any known errors or discrepancies to direct manager
  • Provide support and execute different additional tasks supporting the data-in process

Now that you know what the Panel Data Operations Analyst does, the following qualifications are required:

  • University degree in: Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management or other related area
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working level of English (B1 - B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and analytical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to identify and understand problems
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and targets
  • Effectively handling emerging issues and cases
  • Full-time work availability
