Description

We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Insights Consultant to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable marketing insights to our clients, helping them make data-driven decisions to improve their business strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with FMCG and non-FMCG clients
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals based on client briefs and business needs
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer behavior trends
  • Design and implement effective research methodologies to gather relevant data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute research projects efficiently
  • Fine-tune questionnaires and survey instruments to ensure accurate data collection
  • Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate research results
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging research techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in market research or marketing
  • Strong knowledge of consumer research methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools and statistical analysis software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and accountability
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
