ABOUT THE JOB

NielsenIQ SA&I team is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Enablement Manager to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) sales teams in Western Europe and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales representatives by providing exceptional back-end support and client engagement materials. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead a team dedicated to supporting our SA&I sales representatives in their day-to-day operations,
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages support and excellence,
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the team members and help them grow,
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records to enhance sales tracking and reporting,
  • Guide the team in using sales tools effectively, including Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI and other internal tools,
  • Provide insightful reports and recommendations to improve sales strategies and decision-making processes,
  • Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records​ (MSD Dynamics) and proactively helping them manage their pipeline,
  • Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided)​,
  • Checking feasibility and bidding with both internal and external suppliers for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world​,
  • Collaborating with Strategic Analytics & Insights sales representatives and supporting them in day-to-day activities​,
  • Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.)​,
  • Supporting sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready​,
  • Analyzing market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions​.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales, sales support, sales operations, and/or demand generation, 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field,  
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills,  
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management abilities,
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically through the identification of problems and implement successful, tactical solutions,​ 
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business-critical objectives are met,​ 
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management,​ 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines,​ 
  • Experience preferred with tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies​, 
  • Ability to drive productivity working in a remote, fast-paced environment​,  
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written,  
  • Preferred knowledge of NIQ and SA&I portfolio.
