 NIQ SA&I’s Customer Success Team is focused on delivering world-class insights and reports to the clients and striving for highest levels of Customer Satisfaction and advocacy. 

Customer Success is  NIQ’s key department which is instrumental for the company’s success.

As a Research Executive, you will support the delivery of research and analytics across NIQ SA&I solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, helping ensure smooth project execution and high‑quality outputs.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and passionate about turning data into meaningful insights.

In your role, you would:  

  • Support the delivery of analytics and insights across NIQ SA&I products such as Brand Health, Usage & Attitude, Shopper, and other ad‑hoc studies.
  • Assist in project setup, coordination, and execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Work with senior team members to understand client priorities and contribute to solutions that support their goals.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and insights, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery.

About you 

You are a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working with data and supporting client‑focused outcomes. You are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow your skills in research and analytics. You understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and delivering high‑quality work.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with 1–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or related project coordination (internships included).
  • Basic awareness of the data analytics industry and solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude, Customer Experience, or Shopper studies.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Numerical confidence and comfort working with data.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint or willingness to learn quickly.
