ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Anlayst you will have a leading role in supporting one of the key NIQ initiatives, to approach new industries. You will provide support for the sales in terms of insights and capabilities. You might participate in client discussion to highlight the value and usage of our retail data. You need to understand the business needs of the new industries and find ways to explain the benefit of our data as well as educate them about retail data which is a fully new area for them. This will require a strong cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as proactivity and creativity in covering such a new field.

 

As a Senior Analyst you will:

  • Have a pioneer spirit to understand new business needs and find proper ways to highlight the advantages and usage of RMS data
  • Ability and curiosity to understand the needs and ways of working of other industries (like packaging or advertising)
  • Engage with internal stakeholders & clients using our TL materials and providing relevant insights
  • Work with sales team to support them during new businesses negotiations, prepare supporting materials and participate in client discussions
  • Provide information about data structure, availability and market view
  • Educate clients about methodology and data usage as well as explain benefits

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with FMCG and RMS data
  • Experience with Customer Success or a related role
  • Proficiency with Nielsen tools and software's
  • Solid background of Nielsen RMS methodology
  • Proven record of client management
  • CPS knowledge is an advantage

 

General Skills

  • Good negotiations skills and client management background
  • Skilled & polished communicator, including presentations & proposal writing 
  • Strong project management skills & "story-telling" abilities
  • Retail data knowledge, including analytical skills
  • Creativity in finding new approaches and adapting existing routes to new situations
  • Able to work independently and taking responsibility
