​​The Senior Data Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering value through the MRI-Simmons Catalyst Platform utilizing new data assets. This role will own our Consumer Canvas data asset and ensure the evolution of the product aligns with industry growth goals. You will work closely with Commercial, Product Managers, Marketing, UX/UI Design, Engineering and Operations to ensure our products are meeting customer needs.  To ensure strong market adoption, the Senior Data Product Manager partners with several departments aligning product strategy with customer success and commercial growth. ​ 

As the Senior Data Product Manager, you will have following key accountabilities:  

  • Integrate multiple data sources including third-party partners, to enrich our data product and capabilities.  
  • Develop and deliver cloud-based automation to improve dataset production and delivery. 
  • Optimize identity graph performance to support enrichment and activation use cases. 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with product managers, engineering, client-facing teams, and clients directly to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features that meet user needs and advance business objectives. 
  • Think creatively about how to solve market problems. 
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling product presentations and demos, showcasing the technical strengths of our data integration capabilities and solutions. 
  • Work closely with Data Science team to develop roadmap for the future of our product.  
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and innovation. 
  • Track and report on product performance to drive continuous improvement and business impact  
  • Use data storytelling techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership. 
  • Ensure data governance and compliance standards are upheld in all client-facing features and internal reporting systems. 
  • Lead analytically throughout your portfolio of projects, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Be relentless in seeking and soaking up market information from consumers and clients.  
  • Define and measure success metrics to identify and prioritize to improve results. 

Qualifications

Now that we have introduced you to the position of Senior Data Product Manager, what skills, qualifications, and experience should you, have?   

  • 3 – 5 years' experience in Product Management, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Project Management and related areas.  
  • 2 – 4  years’ experience in consumer insights, advertising agency, media ad sales, media planning, and/or media measurement industry 
  • Experience in years working with data products in the identity resolution, measurement or data driven marketing space. 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, prioritize and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners 
  • Passion for solving real world challenges with user-centric solutions  
  • Experience working in Agile development environments  
  • In depth understanding of consumer insight needs for agencies and / or brand with a clear understanding of the advertising ecosystem, key stakeholders and monetization metrics  
  • Ability to develop good relationships and work with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with clients and understanding their needs 
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
