Description

  • Drive technical discussions on designs, execution & processes with different teams/stakeholders in the company
  • Lead research for the identification and implementation of methods and best practices to improve and optimize data collection, validation and processing approaches.
  • Play a key role in developing/updating and documenting new/existing methodologies.
  • Leads while working in a global context and connecting to stakeholders in different parts of the world.
  • Uses “Outside-in-thinking” when making decisions to continuously improve the product.
  • Engage with process owners to review the new/updated methodologies.
  • Provide Technology team with specs for development of new/modified methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of end-to-end processes of RMS products
  • Good engagement/interaction/communication skills with different teams/stakeholders in the company (experts from other areas)
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science or Econometrics
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, as well as in Bitbucket/Confluence
