About the Role

The Senior Research Executive plays a key role in delivering high‑quality research projects and ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the project lifecycle. This position focuses on operational excellence, analytical rigor, and strong collaboration with internal teams to meet client and supervisor expectations.

You will support project managers in day‑to‑day tasks, including questionnaire design, link testing, reporting, charting, and coordination across multiple functions. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive communication approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence – Project & Client Management

  • Deliver assigned responsibilities within required timelines and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of and compliance with NIQ’s research processes and workflows.
  • Support the manager on daily project execution, including questionnaire design, link testing, analysis planning, report writing, and charting.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with partner teams such as data processing, data collection, vendors, and other internal functions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure all materials provided to operations and support teams are accurate, complete, and reviewed thoroughly.
  • Maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle, including status updates and identifying data or process issues.
  • Attend client presentations with the manager when required.

2. Analytical, Reporting & Presentation Skills

  • Develop analysis plans and reporting templates.
  • Brief tabulation teams clearly on project requirements.
  • Review data tables, charts, and deliverables to identify errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Draft insights, reports, commentaries, and presentations that communicate findings clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

  •  Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  •  Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the Market Research industry is preferred, or experience in a relevant industry
  •  Strong/good competency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
  •  Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  •  Strong communication and visualization skills; interest in storytelling techniques
  •  High level of client‑service skills and understanding of marketing strategies
